Join Our Pre-Qualified Contractors List
The MWPA has created a list of pre-qualified contractors to streamline contracting for MWPA-funded vegetation management projects for fire fuels reduction. This list will be used as part of the request for proposals(RFP) process when choosing a contractor for projects.
Services include, but would not be limited to:
· hand crews to remove dead and down woody material, cut back weedy and fire-hazardous vegetation, and limb up trees;
· hazardous tree removal;
· prescribed herbivory; and
· other related services, as needed
If you are a contractor wishing to be considered for this list, please review the cover letter and frequently asked questions documents below. Then either complete our online Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and submit online OR download, print and mail our Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to:

No phone calls will be accepted. Written questions may be submitted to Anne Crealock (acrealock@marinwildfire.org) no later than 5:00 p. on March 8, 2024. MWPA responses to all written questions will be posted to the MWPA website no later than March 15.

Update 12/7/23: Thank you to all who submitted qualifications packages. MWPA and Member Agency staff are currently reviewing these materials and will reach out to potential contractors before the end of December.
